Steve Williams
President, GMT GeoMet Tech Ltd
Steve Williams is the founder of GMT GeoMet Tech Ltd. Steve has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Extractive Metallurgy from the Western Australian School of Mines (1976) and an MBA from Tulane University (2001). Steve has worked in the mining industry since 1976. He worked as a metallurgist in concentrator operations in Australia and Canada including a Ni, Cu / Pb / Zn and a gold mine in Australia and a Pb / Zn mine in Canada. Since then, Steve has worked for 20 years as a Project Metallurgist and Senior manager at SGS Lakefield Research in both Canada and Chile. In this role, Steve has been directly involved in project metallurgical development for a broad range of mineral types including Cu, Ni, polymetallic, Au, Ag, industrial minerals, iron ores and Ta / Ni type ores at laboratory, pilot plant and plant scale operations. Steve has authored many technical papers, including a landmark paper on geometallurgy in 2004. Subsequent to that paper on geometallurgy Steve was made CIM Distinguished Lecturer on that theme in 2004 and in 2008 received a CIM Fellowship for his work in geometallurgy.
Chris Martin: Senior Metallurgical Consultant
Chris graduated with degrees from Camborne School of Mines and McGill University, and has more than 25 years experience in mineral processing. Chris has operations experience from Canada, the United States and South Africa at positions up to Plant Superintendent, and was formerly manager of the Mineral Processing and Mineralogy group at Lakefield and was General Manager of SGS Vancouver Metallurgy. Chris has published or presented more than 30 papers to conferences worldwide.

Clinton Smyth: Senior Geological Consultant
Mr. Smyth, P. Geo, has an MSc.inGeochemistry (Cape Town) and an MSc.inComputer Science (London, UK). He has 30 years of international experience inthe minerals industry,and 10 yearsofexperience in software development,resource evaluation and mining, working in Africa, Asia, Australia, Mexico and Canada. From 1975 to 2000 he worked for the Anglo American Corporation in minerals exploration, resource evaluation and mining. From 1996 he served as VP of ExplorationinAustralasia, and as VP Exploration inAfrica until 2000. In 2000he moved to Vancouverto establish Georference Online Ltd (GOL), an exploration software and consulting company. Since that time he has served as VP Exploration for Dome Ventures Corporation, conducting extensive target generation work in Canada, Australia and Africa, and for Durango Capital Corp, exploring for gold and copper in British Columbia. In 2010 he was appointed President of Dolly Varden Resources Inc. to direct the liquidation of the company's assets following the passing of the company's President, Mr. Frederick Christensen, and he currently serves as VP Exploration for MioceneMetals Ltd. GOL, of which he is President,developed the MineMatch® software system for the standardised description and comparisonof mineral deposits and mineral deposit models, and co-developed the CampControl sytem for management of remote mineral exploration sites.
